Roy has been a home inspector for over 15 years and has performed over 7,000 inspections in the central Texas area. Roy consistently provides exceptional service and education to buyers and realtors during the inspection and reporting process. He is licensed by the Texas Agricultural Commission for wood destroying insects. Roy also mentors and trains new inspectors. Recently retired City of Austin Firefighter, married and father of 2 boys, Roy spends his time off with his family, hunting and vacationing in the Caribbean.
 
 
 

Billy has been inspecting properties full time since 1990. He has inspected over 7,500 properties to date. He is licensed as a Certified Applicator with the Texas Agricultural Commission. In 2006 Billy was awarded Affiliate of the Year by the Austin Board of Realtors. In 2001 Billy was appointed to a six year term to the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Committee where he served as Chairman of Education Sub Committee and Ethics Sub Committee. He enjoys Caribbean Travel, Bill fishing and Scuba diving.
 
 
 

Chad is a graduate of the University of Texas and has performed over 2000 inspections in Central Texas. Chad has an extensive background in construction and was recognized as "Inspector of the Year" by Home Critic in 2004. Chad provides his clients with a detailed analysis of their potential property purchases and is the lead inspector on multi-family properties and apartment complexes.
 
 
 

Terry has extensive hands-on experience as an inspector in Central Texas. This along with his strong background as a construction Project Coordinator, Supervisor, Carpenter for the State of Texas and custom home builder provide Terry with exceptional skills to perform quality property inspections.
 
 
 

Thom started his career over 40 years ago as a union metal lather and carpenter like his father. These experiences helped him take the lead in ownership of a residential and commercial construction business. With sales exceeding a hundred million, located in Houston and operated in California, Georgia and Texas. He has managed multiple properties as first lien holder for banks during the savings and loan debacle of the 80s. Today, a licensed Certified Applicator and Inspector for seven years and a licensed real estate salesmen for thirty leaves him more than qualified to assist in any real estate transaction.
 
 
 

Joe is a professional home inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, he is also a commercial certified applicator licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. He has been in the inspection business for nearly 6 years and has completed over 1500 inspections. In 2006 Joe was the # 1 grossing inspector for Home Critic/ Land America. Prior to becoming an inspector Joe owned a remodeling company and has been involved in the building trades for over 35 years. Joe spends most of his spare time with his kids at baseball, soccer, swimming, hiking and fishing.
 
 
 

Coming from a construction family, Jim has been around building and remodeling for many years and in his spare time does remodeling work. His hands on understanding of home construction and how all the different home systems work is a true asset in his inspection business. Jim is also licensed by the Tx. Dept. Of Agriculture to perform wood destroying insect inspections and is a Certified Pool Operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation for in depth pool inspections. His goal is to provide quality, accurate, and professional property inspections to his clients in a relaxed and easy to understand manner so that everyone may fully understand the report.
 
 
 

Michael has been active in the home building industry for 15 years. He is a home inspector, construction technology instructor and former builder. His passion to deliver great customer service and render a unbiased, non-alarming inspection are his top priorities.
 
 
 

Jeff has a combined 10 year history in construction and inspection and also works as a firefighter in the area. Jeff understands the need for safety in the home and conveys this information during his inspection in an understandable way to his clients.
 
 
 

Steve has related experience in the construction field. He currently holds a State of Texas Electrical license, a TDA certified Applicator license. Steve is a Professional firefighter (22 yrs.), a state certified Hazardous Materials Technician, and a Structural Collapse Technician. Steve is always available for any questions you may have during or after inspection process. His inspections meet all applicable requirements by the State of Texas.
 
 
 

Brian was originally licensed to do home and termite inspections in 1999. He is currently BPI certified and certified by the City of Austin to do ECAD energy audits.
