Billy has been inspecting properties full time since 1990. He has inspected over 7,500 properties to date. He is licensed as a Certified Applicator with the Texas Agricultural Commission. In 2006 Billy was awarded Affiliate of the Year by the Austin Board of Realtors. In 2001 Billy was appointed to a six year term to the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Committee where he served as Chairman of Education Sub Committee and Ethics Sub Committee. Chad is a graduate of the University of Texas and has performed over 2000 inspections in Central Texas. Chad has an extensive background in construction and was recognized as "Inspector of the Year" by Home Critic in 2004. Chad provides his clients with a detailed analysis of their potential property purchases and is the lead inspector on multi-family properties and apartment complexes.

Thom started his career over 40 years ago as a union metal lather and carpenter like his father. These experiences helped him take the lead in ownership of a residential and commercial construction business. With sales exceeding a hundred million, located in Houston and operated in California, Georgia and Texas. He has managed multiple properties as first lien holder for banks during the savings and loan debacle of the 80s. Today, a licensed Certified Applicator and Inspector for seven years and a licensed real estate salesmen for thirty leaves him more than qualified to assist in any real estate transaction.
Joe Rudyk, Lic. 7113
Joe is a professional home inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, he is also a commercial certified applicator licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. He has been in the inspection business for nearly 6 years and has completed over 1500 inspections. In 2006 Joe was the # 1 grossing inspector for Home Critic/ Land America. Prior to becoming an inspector Joe owned a remodeling company and has been involved in the building trades for over 35 years. Joe spends most of his spare time with his kids at baseball, soccer, swimming, hiking and fishing.

Coming from a construction family, Jim has been around building and remodeling for many years and in his spare time does remodeling work. His hands on understanding of home construction and how all the different home systems work is a true asset in his inspection business. Jim is also licensed by the Tx. Dept. Of Agriculture to perform wood destroying insect inspections and is a Certified Pool Operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation for in depth pool inspections. His goal is to provide quality, accurate, and professional property inspections to his clients in a relaxed and easy to understand manner so that everyone may fully understand the report.

Brian was originally licensed to do home and termite inspections in 1999. He is currently BPI certified and certified by the City of Austin to do ECAD energy audits.
